TaraWeddings did such an amazing job photographing and filming our wedding! We couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out, and the videos are absolutely breathtaking! I cry every time I watch them! They really took their time to get to know what we wanted, and made sure to get all the little details just right. And they were fun to have there too! They just blended into our group, and made us laugh, it didn't feel forced or unnatural at all. They felt like part of the family!

We met with a lot of different photographers before choosing one for our wedding, but Paul from Tara Weddings immediately stood out from the rest. He was so easy to work with from the very beginning. When it came time to sign the contract, Paul actually met with us in person and walked us through every single detail, something no other vendor took the time to do. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care gave us so much confidence. Any time we had questions, Paul was quick to respond and always so helpful. On the day of the wedding, the entire team was absolutely AMAZING. They were organized, experienced, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. On top of that, they were so funny and made the whole experience so much fun for us, our wedding party, and even our families. It felt like hanging out with friends. Their ideas were creative and they made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They were also super accommodating to anything we asked for throughout the day. We received our videos and photos shortly after the wedding, and to say we were blown away would be an understatement. They captured everything, not a single moment was missed. Every detail, every emotion, every smile was beautifully documented. If there’s one vendor you have to book, it’s Tara Weddings. They do not disappoint—truly the best decision we made!
I don’t know where to start. I contacted Paul back in winter few months before my wedding and he called me right away. I told him what we’re willing to pay and he right away agreed. Our wedding ceremony was different and long and I sent him a document and a video of all the important details of the wedding ceremony and asked him to make sure all these shots are taken. Keep in mind this is an ongoing prayer. Paul, alongside his team didn’t miss a single shot of them. In fact, they took way more than we expected. Our wedding was in Ottawa and they drove all the way from the GTA and had to travel at 4AM to make it for our getting ready pictures. They also had to drive back the same night after the wedding which was 11PM at night! The whole team had so much energy, which really helped us and our guests to be relaxed and even entertained. I myself am a photographer and I know how photographers do things, and let me say Paul and his team surpassed every expectation we had. They were very detail oriented. They were very present and joyful. It was also very very easy to be ourselves around them. It’s not easy at all for a photographer to make people feel comfortable and make them laugh or joyful easily. But they did that so well and so naturally. I would say you don’t feel them around at all. They also felt very personable. A lot of guests from our wedding told us how much they enjoyed their presence. Again all of this is talking about their personalities and who they are. When it comes to their profession and the work they did, I could write an essay. First of all they gave us the pictures and the videos in almost no time. We came back from the honeymoon and they were already done. We are in LOVE with everything they sent us. They didn’t miss a single shot. They got way more than we expected. Trust me as a photographer, their work is insane and I am very very picky but they overdid themselves. I even referred 3 of my friends that are getting married this summer to Paul and they’re going with him and they’re excited because they already met him and the team at my wedding. Lastly, I cannot thank Paul and the team enough for all the work they’ve done for us. They made our day so special and memorable. We truly enjoyed their work and their presence. In fact I am excited to see them again at my friends’ weddings. Please do yourself a favour and go with them. Having a good photographer and videographer at your wedding will make the day much much much more better.
