We had our engagement party turned surprise wedding in September and it was more perfect than we could've imagined. Dawn was so easy to work with throughout the planning process, accommodating to our ideas and packed itinerary and is someone you could really trust to make sure everything turns out beautifully. I was nervous the day of but was so happy to see it all come together. Our guests were so pleasantly surprised for our intimate wedding. Shout out to Marco, the bartender, who not only made our signature drinks beautiful but was also so helpful throughout the night to make sure we and our guests were well taken care of. If you are someone that wants to keeps things intimate, a little untraditional and a bit more laid-back but professionally executed, then you're at the right place. Shoutout to Studio V Events and their amazing crew, especially Dawn and Eliza, for making our wedding day an absolute blast! We had a Hindu ceremony, which required specific arrangements and traditions, and Eliza and Dawn helped make sure everything was in place, which made the ceremony flawless. We felt respected and valued throughout the entire process - Eliza was incredibly accommodating. Their respect for our traditions was apparent and we really appreciated that. We also were able to have our dog at the wedding which was wonderful! Eliza helped us craft a flow of events and spent a bunch of time planning out the day with us over the phone. She had some great recommendations for vendors, the set up and the flow of events - all these aspects helped make our special day memorable. Our guests loved the space and the set up. Importantly, the team was super laid-back and calm, which seriously eased our wedding planning stress! One of the most common pieces of advice I received before the wedding was that I wouldn't have time to enjoy the day because of all the chaos. However, thanks to Dawn, Eliza, and their fantastic team at Studio V Events, I can confidently say that we had an absolute blast at our wedding. They handled every detail with grace and efficiency, leaving us free to soak in every moment and enjoy our big day. I can't say enough good things about Studio V Events. We are extremely grateful for how everything was done and how this wonderful team helped to facilitate the wedding of our dreams, every detail was carefully prepared and not a thing was missed. All our friends and family loved the place, and absolutely loved everything, the cake, the flowers, the decoration, the planning, the pictures, all the services were perfect.
We had a lovely time planning our wedding here at Studio V. They had great recommendations for us regarding everything from catering to decor and layout, and they were a great one stop shop for weddings - providing us with our officiant, bar staff, day of staffing and set up, everything. EXTREMELY professional staff who were beyond courteous to our guests and overall curated an incredibly welcoming environment. We also have to note the INCREDIBLE venue itself - beautiful exposed brick walls, floor to ceiling curtains, and literally 3 minute walk from a downtown subway stop. Prefect for guests from in-town. We are very thankful for Eliza, Dawn, and their beautiful space.
We held our micro wedding here on pretty short notice (a couple of months) and it turned out perfectly! The space was decorated beautifully with all the details we had discussed - including a great officiant - and our guests loved the space. We highly recommend them for your event.
We used Studio V to host a private event and it was everything that we needed. A very unique space that very accommodating to our needs. Great lighting for filming the event.
