We went here to find a wig for a feature film, and the store manager was so helpful and kind. She helped us find the perfect wig, fitted the lead actress and was able to cut the lace and did a wonderful job. We will definitely be back in the future.
Since 2011 and 2009 I bought may hair products from the Eglinton street location I have lived in UK and other parts of the USA my service was excellent because I travel all the time I need for my appearance to be current and professional I will remember these lady's forever after 30 in CANADA you are the best sellers of hair products to ME
Worst experience ever!!!!! I have never been so insulted shopping in my life. When have you ever heard about a rule of a maximum of 3 wigs allowed to be tried on? This lady not sure if she is the owner or the clerk lost a sale on the brink of our purchase because she felt my cousin who had been trying on wigs for about 20 minutes before this lady even spoke to us came out of the blue and told us we just we were fooling around . She didn't ask if we needed any help just came out and abused us. I have never experienced such Poor customer service and insulting behavior. Then people wonder why you choose to shop outside of your community. What choice do you have when you are treated like this .
