I live in a Toronto home that is over 100 years old, and it had original windows that weren't functional and were super drafty. I contacted Josh about the replacement of my windows and he went above and beyond. The company made a custom fitting for my stained glass to preserve and protect it (which he mentioned they didn't do, but again above and beyond). I broke a window in an old wooden frame, which I'd be able to fix if I had some glass. I went there and had them cut me a replacement on the spot in 10 minutes at a great price. Call ahead to make sure their cutting person is there, luckily for me they had some offcuts that anyone could cut, but only certain people can deal with big pieces.

His customer service is top notch and truly looks like he cares about the job. Frank and his team did a superb job installing all the windows and Doors. They went above and beyond and fixed issues that were not even theirs.
