Purchased 6 automated blinds and 1 manual blind. The manual one works perfectly. The automatic ones work well in general but sometimes randomly fail to close one or 2 of the blinds. The installer was very helpful in fine tuning the installation to avoid window handles and framing obstructions so that the blinds work well. Overall good but the app needs some work with reliability. Addendum: after the second visit it was recommended that the hub be moved from the floor to a higher location. The installer provided a long USB cable to support this. Since this was done, the blinds have functioned perfectly.
We had electric blinds installed two years ago and I can say the entire experience was excellent. From the consultation to the pricing to the installation and the servicing, two years later. I can’t recommend them enough! I would use them again for certain.
Used some cleats with Command tape that failed and fell off. In photo below they did use screws for some cleats with screws so long they went through into the adjacent room. Never responded to our request to fix.
