Glad I used them. Lior was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a difficult to reach roller shade with a damaged mechanism and chain, and he was able to fix it good as new. Will consider them for future updates to our window treatments.
Read their review and had high hopes to see their products at their showroom. I have tried to make a visit but every time (4 times) I called (over the spend of 1 month), no one is ever there and cannot accommodate same day appointment, something hard to understand in the retail industry. With our new house closing soon and young children in the household, it's difficult to plan ahead. They gave me the feeling they don't care about getting new business.
I had difficulty getting the blinds that i wanted with other companies but Alon was able to not only get them for me, but also provided me with pricing options. He is very knowledgeable and educated me about blind selection, pros, and cons. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs blinds !!
