Thank you for always taking such good care of me every time I visit. I truly appreciate how welcomed and safe I feel at this clinic. The staff are incredibly informative, they take their time to explain everything, give clear guidance, and make sure women actually understand their options. The clinic is always clean, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, compassionate, and respectful. I’m grateful for a space that prioritizes safety and helps women feel confident in their choices.
Not very happy with this clinic.I mean, I get that you guys don't know what fragile x is, but to assume that I have it is just downright disrespectful.I will never be going to your clinic ever. I NEVER SAID I HAD FRAGILE X I SAID I WAS A CARRIER which means I carry the gene for fragile x, so I could pass it down to another child. It doesn't mean that I have it. It's a genetic disorder which means I pass it down. I don't have it, but the child that I am pregnant with could have it, but you guys don't seem to listen to that.
great clinic, i came here for a surgical abortion?everyone was very informative and helpful, always explaining exactly what was going on as it happened. the wait is more stressful than the procedure itself, which was uncomfortable but definitely not agonizing. i came in at 10 and left shortly before 3 so perhaps give yourself the day off for optimal comfort & good measure :) thanks ladies
The clinic is welcoming and has great staff members especially the security at the front who is very helpful and kind. You can tell the staff there cares about you and is very efficient. Overall a really great place!
Seriously, what are these absolute fake reviews. This place is down right horrible. They have no compassion whatsoever. The receptionists are really not all that nice. The worst part is the counselor. She definitely scared me straight and made me leave instantly. I did not even stay for the ultrasound. When the consultation begins, the woman just gonna tell you this: if you’re 5 weeks and below they might fail, take out your uterus, bleed everywhere. There’s a chance they might poke you wrong too according to them, but it’s “rare” and that they’re going to put 5 needles in me, it’s gonna sting, and they’re going to put a vacuum and that it’s going to hurt really bad. Wow thanks for the encouragment!!! You definitely didn’t scare me straight! The ending of it all is that I asked could I have 5 minutes to calm down in this room before I have to go outside and face everyone because I was crying really hard. She responded with “no I need to see a client” yeah thanks!!! This place has NO compassion at all!! I went out, embarassed myself, and everyone stared. Do not go to this place. These are literally the most fake Google reviews I’ve ever seen. Don’t rely on Google reviews when it comes to important stuff like this. Best bet is to go to an actual hospital if you’re going to do surgical abortion.
This place is so unorganized, the staff are mean and rude. The doctor was the only person there that was nice. We had to wait 3 hours just ti be admitted when we had called prior to book an appointment. It took our whole day away. Their vision is “we comfort and support you” we felt everything but supported. If I had another option I would take the other option. And, you have to sit in a room with all other patients. You can’t leave once you enter the clinics, even though you haven’t been admitted yet.
I’ve been here in the past to get an iud put in and dealt with really friendly staff at the time. Recently I’ve called this place on two occasions and the receptionist on the phone is incredibly rude and not very helpful or considerate. I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier or lack of empathy but she’s horrible, especially for a women’s clinic, you need someone who is actually trying to help with a positive demeanour .
