I barely went to an appointment and all the people treated me well, I thank doctors and nurses for their patience since I don’t know how to speak English, they understood me and helped me at all times, congratulations for the empathy they have with their patients ❤️

It is a really kind and supportive clinic. The staff and management team will make you feel safe, respected, and not judged at all. They understand what you’re going through and do their best to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible. Best clinic!!!! I would highly recommend the clinic to everyone!

In Canada, individuals seeking abortion services have the RIGHT to have a support person present during their appointment, though specific rules about their presence in the procedure room may vary by clinic. Support persons can provide emotional support, take notes, and help manage anxiety during the process. Canadian law allows individuals to have a support person with them at abortion appointments. While support persons are generally permitted in waiting rooms, their presence during the actual procedure may be limited, depending on the clinic's policies and the type of abortion (surgical or medication). This clinic does not even allow a support person in the waiting area(s)! They also cut off the wristband given to the patient prior to them leaving, which is very suspicious. On top of all of this they exclaimed that the reason a support person isn’t allowed in the waiting room(s) is due to the privacy of other patients, but then proceed to perform abortion appointments in a singular room with a bunch of patients present instead of individual private rooms. Absolutely disgusting clinic.

The reason for visiting was never going to be a pleasant one but I personally found the whole attitude of the staff to be very bureaucratic and clinical. There was no compassion or emotion in anyone I dealt with which made the whole ordeal harder. I had to undress in front of one of the staff which was uncomfortable to say the least. The Doctor whom I very briefly spoke to was the only pleasant person. Also despite having an appointment booked multiple people went ahead of me. I would not personally recommend this environment if you are at all looking for an ounce of empty. Their saving grace was I was in and out within an hour.

Absolutely adore the people working in this clinic. They helped me feel so comfortable and after my IUD insertion they made me sit for 10 mins with a blanket and heating pad, water and cookies. 10/10 experience the staff are amazing.

I know a lot of women wouldn’t post a review due to being the stigma behind it and as it is a very personal matter. It is crucial to acknowledge that the onus of childbearing and rearing predominantly falls on women. Yet, while abortion often faces judgment, this reality is often overlooked. I wanted to write this review for someone who may be considering this clinic and wanted to know about more about the experience. When I went to this clinic it was known as the Morgentaler clinic. I know Dr. Morgentaler has since passed but I wanted to take to opportunity to thank him for all the sacrifices and hardships he faced to challenge the federal constitution in campaigning for women’s rights to legalize this procedure in Canada .Your body your choice. What to expect it depends on the procedure you are having. You go through counselling, you receive medications, have the procedure done and recover and go home afterwards. If you are wondering about feeling pain. It’s a subjective and individual experience and how much you feel depends on your tolerance to pain and medications. I know for myself I did not feel anything with the medications. Overall I have to say I really had a positive experience here and I felt that I was not judged and taken care of.
