I have lived at 1101 Bay for a few years and have had a great experience! The staff are friendly and prompt, always quick and helpful when addressing concerns. Maintenance always arrives quickly, as well. I enjoy the many amenities the building offers.

I have been staying here since Sept 2013, and I can say with certainty that the management and maintenance folks here are very friendly and considerate. Any issues or concerns are addressed quickly by the staff, and existing amenities are well maintained and are constantly being improved. Also, comparing other apartments in the Bay area, this place has been reasonably priced throughout that I upgraded thrice within the same building!
I've been here around 5 years now, and can happily confirm most of what's said in other reviews. Aida and the team are absolutely wonderful, and the maintenance staff are super diligent and responsive. The last year, as some of the lower reviews indicate, have been quite noisy. I can see why people are frustrated by all the water shutdowns, the renovations, etc., especially while we're all working from home. The truth is that these are the things diligent managers do to maintain their building. I've lived in the places where managers DON'T keep up with the needs of older buildings. Trust me, the noise you get from people who are always on top of the maintenance and upgrades is worth it. The building and amenities are beautifully maintained, I have never seen a major bug in my place, and the caring & friendly team are constantly working to improve the experience of living here. The minor frustrations involved with keeping the place constantly repaired and well working are well worth it in my opinion.
I lived here for 2 years and never had a problem! Management is very attentive, Aida is very helpful, and the maintenance team is super nice. They always came to fix problems in my apartment soon after I reported it online. Would recommend!
I've been living here for 3 years. They are providing both furnished and unfurnished suites which is a great plus for newcomers from abroad. If you don't know where to start your living in Toronto, 1101 Bay is a great place to start.
These guys always say yes when you ask about the availability of a condo that was advertised but when you actually show up they make up some bullshit story about how someone else filed an application a couple of hours before you reached their office and then try and sell you a more expensive rental..seriously guys your customers arent idiots...bad review for making me come all the way and then wasting my time even though I called like 30 mins before my appointment to confirm the availability.
