I recently moved into The Well and have had a great experience so far! The building is welcoming, and Joanna made the entire leasing and move-in process incredibly smooth. She gave me my initial tour and was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to show the space. From getting all the paperwork sorted to move-in and orientation, she was organized, responsive, and really helpful throughout. It made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Very happy with my decision to live here and thankful for Joanna’s help!

I have been wanting to live at The Well for a little over two years now, I first toured the property two years ago with what was my then roommate and loved it. It wasn’t a good fit for us at the time, but I fell in love with the property straight away, and so over the last two years, it’s been a huge goal of mine to live here. Now I can say happily that I am finally here. When first trying to find a unit that worked for me, I was faced with a few different issues on my side and on the availability side (just goes to show how popular the building is), so there was a time where I was feeling very discouraged in my search. That being said, the only reason that I was able to find my new home and a very fitting one at that was with the help from Joanna. She is a leasing consultant for 450 The Well. If you are looking for a place to call home, I would not recommend anyone else’s help. She has been vigilant, helpful, pleasant, polite and an all-around amazing person to work with when trying to find my new home. I cannot thank Joanna and the rest of the team enough for their help, and I am extremely grateful and excited to start my new life here.
I’d been living here on my own before my partner moved home from out West. Didn’t want to live anywhere else. Everything you need is right here and the building is fantastic. Joanna was incredible at helping my partner and I find a new suite at FourFifty. Super professional and very easy to work with. Nothing but good things to say about our experience!
