We’ve had a great experience living in this building so far, and a big part of that is thanks to our property manager, Joanna. She has been incredibly kind and friendly, and has accommodated our requests in a timely and thoughtful manner. Her professionalism and approachability have made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. We’re very happy living here and truly look forward to the rest of our term in the building.

Hi!) We lived here for about 16 months. The building itself is beautiful — modern, stylish, comfortable, with great apartments and equipment, gym and amenities. But communication and management were an issue. When we signed a 16-month lease, we were told we would receive a renewal bonus. However, when the time came, Joanne explained that the “bonus” meant either paying a full year upfront at the old rate or getting half a month free as the rent was raised — and no one from management ever followed up. Each time I went to the leasing office hoping for answers, the staff seemed annoyed that I was even asking, and I never received a clear response. That’s why we just moved to the neighbouring building. Reception was also inconsistent. Most concierges couldn’t help with anything, were often away from the desk, and issues never moved forward — except for Natalie and MG, who were truly responsible. Natalie twice found our misplaced parcels when others couldn’t, and once responded immediately to help my daughter while I was away. MG also always tried her best. Unfortunately, Natalie eventually left — and the quality of help noticeably declined. After we moved out, a Canada Post parcel was mistakenly delivered to the reception of Wellington 435 on Dec 25 and then disappeared. The concierge told me there was “no point contacting management,” and although she initially promised to update me on what happened, she never followed up. For two days I tried to get an answer, and eventually she asked me not to bother her. Then I wrote multiple emails and someone called from management and said they would review their internal processes. But the parcel is still missing. Even the move-out process itself felt strangely disorganized. A week before our departure a man came to inspect the unit — but after that, no one contacted us with any instructions or follow-up. When we returned the keys, the concierge had no idea we had moved out. I took photos of the apartment and emailed them to management myself, and we simply left without so much as a “thank you” or “goodbye.” There were also ongoing issues during our tenancy that showed a lack of basic attentiveness. For example, there is a yoga room with a TV for workouts, and I asked several times for help setting it up so I could actually use it. Not a single concierge wanted to assist — it always felt as if my request was an inconvenience. As a result, I was never able to use the TV in the yoga room at all. So - it’s a beautiful building — modern, stylish, and comfortable — but the management structure and communication need improvement. And this is not only my personal experience; many friends and neighbors I met while living here share the same opinion. In a world moving so quickly toward AI and automation, it would be wonderful to see more simple human care and responsibility.

I have lived at the Well for over a year now, and it is by far the best building I’ve lived in, in Toronto. The property management & concierge team are amazing and so helpful, I always feel like they really care about the tenants. Not to mention the amenities very nice, including the gym and outdoor spaces. Great building and management team!

We had a fantastic experience with the Rhapsody team, specifically Sara, who was always very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. They went out of their way to accomodate us in touring multiple units, and listening to what we were looking for. Even though we didn't move forward with the unit we toured, they will be who we call in the near future when we're ready. Thank you Sara & team!

A super cool gallery run by wonderful people. Suites are large and accommodating in a central location. Property management seems easy to deal with and generally a good first impression. Overall a breeze to work with. The project itself is gorgeous, and definitely worth a visit.

The ambiance is absolutely welcoming & most of all, it's luxurious! And it's located in a prime area of downtown Toronto if you're looking for that lifestyle!!
