Had a bad experience with Oleh. I called Shymon for a fridge repair. Oleh came and looked in my fridge for about 5 seconds and then told me it would be $360. I asked him if he could point out the damaged area and explain the diagnosis. He immediately got defensive and was not able to explain what the issue was. Whenever I asked him a question he would not give a straight answer. I believe that he is just looking for naive customers so that he can squeeze them for as much money as possible. I don’t believe this is an honest business and I would steer clear. I paid him his call out fee and after he left he sent me a YouTube video of how to repair my fridge .
