I contacted Peter about my oven that would not heat to temperature. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry, order the part, and scheduled me in right away for repair. He provided me with the expected cost beforehand so there were no surprises, although I was pleasantly surprised at how fair his price was! Professional service. However, late arrival with no phone call or text message to notify, and price is a bit expensive for a less than 25 minute cleaning job. *UPDATE*: So, you didn't remove an object blocking the washer drainage? I believe some of these 5 star ratings may be influenced by the owner. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
If you have an appliance repair need, use them! Peter was one of the most helpful repair men I have ever dealt with.
