Chad is amazing. He was able to install my washer and dryer upstairs in my tiny old townhome despite a very narrow staircase. He found d a way to make it happen without destroying the house. Thank you so much

I believe I was talking to the owner when I called asking about the availability of a specific used appliance. Even though he did not have what I was looking for, he took the time to provide me invaluable information to help me in my search. Oh boy did I miss this level of good customer service, courtesy and kindness! I will not forget this store next time I look for another appliance.

My mother bought a used washing machine from this store and it did not work properly. It would take forever to start the cycle and the clothes would be sopping wet at the end. My mother and I tried endlessly to call and arrange a repair or exchange well within the guaranteed window and replies were spotty with promises to attend to the issue not followed through on. Based on my experience, I highly caution everyone and anyone from doing business with this store.

I spoke with your mom and she said it was fine. I had another machine at my store if I had to replace it. I went by your moms house multiple times and showed her how to use it. I’ve never spoke with you so I don’t know what you’re talking about. I’d gladly go back and fix the problem. We’ve been here for 45 years and we take care of our customers.
