This place was initially very quick to provide recommendations and collect payment. I want to support local, small businesses, and this place promised quick service and delivery for my tenant. However, I feel compelled to warn others who are considering purchasing from this company. After payment, it has been a nightmare. I paid in full for a dishwasher Nov 15 (in total, about $900 for a WDTA50SAHZ dishwasher + installation). The price was slightly cheaper than the latest iteration of this dishwasher (SAKZ) brand new from Home Depot. Installers arrived late at night (my tenant messaged me at 11pm) on Nov 27, bringing the wrong one. Not only was it the wrong dishwasher, it was a different model completely, a broken SHSM63W55N Bosch manufactured in 2016 (it must have been someone else’s trash). I was told that there was a mistake with their supplier on the dishwasher I purchased, while simultaneously being told that the one they installed “may not be defective, it was in a warehouse storage facility and was cold inside of its parts when they tried to turn it on”. The icing on the cake was that I was then told that this is a final sale and my only option is store credit or exchange. Despite having no information on whether the one I purchased is still available (left to assume it never existed or was sold to someone else?), I was open to having the situation rectified. They said I’d be given a new installation date by Dec 1, which was a lie. Completely unprofessional, and digging into other reviews I am not the only customer who has gone through this experience. There has been no value in using this company - it has been nothing but a headache and huge waste of time and money.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Yury is arrogant and cocky and sells the trashiest used appliances we have come across recently. His one year warranty is a joke. Our tenants washer breaks within weeks and can’t even get a call back. I would avoid this place at absolutely all costs. Many better options if you are a landlord looking for appliances for tenants.
DO NOT BUY ANY THING HERE . this guy is a scammer. It like playing roulette with your money. I bought a fridge and stove from them , delivery was late and late at night. He was ver rude and stopped answering my calls. The fridge stopped working after six months and he told me off and hang up on my never replaced it and never answered my messages. Times are tough don't throw your money to thieves.
Don’t buy anything from there ,There service is very bad . I got washer from there but 1 week after its stop working,I trying to call them but owner doesn’t pickup phone.They just making excuse.so don’t waste your time & money there ,go somewhere else.

Been buying appliances for several years. Very quick delivery time, special attention always given to repeat customers, and the quality of products is like the one from other big box appliance store. I also keep going back to support them as they are local Toronto business. Will keep buying again with them.
Scammers, scammers, scammers....selling second hand stuff as new, then send the receipt 2 days later, (after my complaint) advising in the small print that the items "as agreed" are refurbished, didn't deliver on the promised day and any negative reviews void the warranty You can't be serious. Also don't bother answering my review, showing your nasty and unprofessional personality, which only helps the customers show what kind of business you run. Because there is no where advising that the items are second-hand. Not on your store, not on your website, no where. Up to May 22, 2024 you had no signs advising of that....
