Ryan is amazing! He goes out of his way to help the customer. He never upsells. He’ll do research for you. He’s responsive. He will talk you out of what you don’t need. Who does that? My go to guy for prospective appliance purchases. He should be yours too.
I got my new washer and dryer delivered yesterday and the products fit my small apartment laundry space perfectly and the installers did a great job. Now I just have to do the laundry! *lol* two thumbs up and five stars.
My fridge died and My Appliance Store were really helpful. They offered us a loaner and figured out exactly what fridge we needed for our space. The installation was easy. When there was a slight glitch with the product, the team fixed it right away. I’ve since had them fix my dryer and will return for any appliance needs in the future.
When we first saw that My Appliance Store had a solid 5-star rating from more than 200 reviewers, it didn’t seem possible. Then we met the two brothers – Rob and Ryan – who run this fantastic operation. From start to finish, these guys were just outstanding – so helpful, knowledgeable and determined to get us exactly what we wanted in a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and dryer. They made several visits to our house to figure out some tricky spacing problems and, on installation day, they had to do some real gymnastics to get our old appliances out and the new ones in. We’re extremely happy, and would highly recommend these energetic, entertaining brothers. Get them quick -- before they give up the appliance business and start doing movie stunts!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Flawless customer service and excellent prices--a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish, which is something that seems to be in short supply. I bought a new fridge from them after my old one decided to start dying. Rob put up with my questions, always responding in a timely fashion and always in a professional, friendly manner. Rob and his brother showed up on time, were pleasant, handled a surprise with the installation, and took away my old fridge, always with a smile. They clearly knew their stuff, too, and were extremely well prepared. Everything was explained clearly. No muss; no fuss! I can't say enough good things about this company. I will be going back to them whenever I need new appliances or related services, which (unfortunately for me) will probably be sooner rather than later. You won't regret doing business with My Appliance Store!
Update to my previous review. I just purchased again with My Appliance Store, a year later. This time I needed a new washer and dryer. Ryan offered me great advice on various brands and their functionality. He personally delivered and installed both units (no grumpy 3rd party delivery), not an easy feat in an old Toronto home! He is very meticulous and did a fantastic jobs. Thank you! My husband and I purchased a new fridge and stove from Rob a couple of weeks ago. We could not be happier with the fantastic service. Rob is super honest and knowledgeable. He and his brother installed both appliances and also brought along a gas fitter with them to disconnect and reconnect the gas stove all in the same visit! I have already recommended them to friends and family. Thank you Rob, you’re the best!
We will be clients now for life. Our trusty, ancient washing machine died recently and we were suiting up to do battle with one of the big box stores. Luckily my husband found My Appliance Store online and WE ARE SO GLAD! These guys are the best. Extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, so speedy. We had the new washing machine within days. They made excellent recommendations. Price was entirely reasonable and service was impeccable. They don't sub out, they do everything themselves. Took everything away, left our house clean, treated this project like it was their own home. Gave excellent advice on another project that we're not ready to tackle yet, but when we do - we'll know who to call! You feel good doing business with them. So glad to have them in this part of town!
