These people are not serious about their work. While I was outside waiting, they tried to search my car. I noticed my belongings were spread in different places, which made me feel afraid. The slim guy is not certified and doesn’t know much about mechanics. They just ask for a lot of money. They have no manners, no respect, and were racist. This is not normal in Canada, and I’m very disappointed.
I took myself from New York to Toronto for a short visit over my Thanksgiving break . My car decided to stop moving on my way back to my rental, I called roadside assistance and they towed it to Gerrard Auto Repair. I found out the next day it was my alternator, they had it repaired and running the same day! I was very happy with my experience there If I ever need help in Toronto again they will be my first call

He would like you to sign without mentioning the amount that you had agree with him . Then I told him I will not sign if there is no amount mentioned then he said take out your car. This is made me scared, he trying to change his mind after sign and let you pay different thing after that .
Had a flat tire and stopped by this shop for help. They handled everything quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, honest, and made sure my car was good to go before I left. Really appreciate the great service highly recommend them if you ever need tire or car repair help. Would you like me to make it sound a bit more casual or more polished/professional?
avoid this place at all cost ,first he tells come i’ll do it cheap ,when i went the guy wanted $100 to swap 2 tires ,just labor ,ridiculous ,these guys don’t deserve any business and when i confront him he gets all aggressive and he’s very rude .
Terrible service and very shady. Moved to Ontario and went for a vehicle safety inspection. I was told on the phone to come at 2:30 but when I got there, they had no time for me. The owner looked at my car for ten seconds without taking off my tires and told me I should get replacement brake pads for all four wheels. Anyways, going to take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend. Just not worth it.
