Yep they did it again!!! I’m beyond frustrated with this shop. This isn’t the first time they’ve mishandled my vehicle, and somehow it keeps getting worse. My car came back with more damage than when I brought it in, and parts just mysteriously went missing at CSN 427 Auto Collision. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Oh, and they always have excuses that don’t make any sense. It’s outrageous that a business can operate like this. I would strongly advise others to stay far away.
They have no direct phone number that actually reaches a person. They call you, you can't call them. Try to reschedule an appointment if you dare. The rental car they provided had no winter tires and zero grip in snow conditions. It put me and my family at risk. On the plus side, they were personable and the service was provided as expected
This service center is so well operated with attentive, knowledgeable and kind staff. The tranquil atmosphere amazed me it was so pleasant to experience. Thank you ALL, and to those who personally served me Chris, Prav, Dave and Moose. You deserve a perfect score of 5 :)
My Intact appraiser suggested Intact Service as a convenient and reliable way of having my repair taken care of. Having rental vehicles available on-site was appealing. What they failed to mention is that the service centre does not do the repairs, but farms it out to private collision centres in the neighbourhood. It would take a minimum of two weeks to repair a minor scratch on my fender. They would have kept my car, even while waiting for parts, and then the time to actually perform the repair. I decided to take it to a private collision center in my neighbourhood. They will order the parts, call me when they arrive, arrange for a rental vehicle and have the repair completed within 2-3 days. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the center was clean, bright and spacious. Hot beverages are available and they washed my car to assess the damage. They did say that if I needed a rental car for longer than what my $1500 rental coverage would pay, that any additional extra would be covered. I personally prefer to have my own vehicle back sooner, than driving a rental vehicle for longer, hence my decision to go private.
An overall GREAT experience. All staff that I dealt with were professional yet personable. I had an I surance claim through this location. My car went in looking banged UP and came out looking brand NEW! I'm very happy with the work and the care the care that was given to my car. Thank you very much.
Top shelf service, things were anticipated and handled smoothly and the team was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. This was like having my car repaired with the assistance of a concierge to iron out all the details. Took so much of the stress out of the situation.
