I wanna thank Mark. I was in a hurry to fix my civic AC issue. Mark helped find an appointment slot and explained to me how things work patiently. My AC got fixed perfectly and quickly and also covered by warranty. This is all done within one day.
Called the service center to see if they can do seasonal tire change along with rims. They told me the price which is more then double compared to Costco so I decided to go to Costco and got it done.
Incredibly horrible service, run by scam artists. Every time I went there, they would add on extra services just to gouge you. Shuttle service is offered only when the sun and moon are aligned at a specific time over the horizon. Never return your calls. Service advisors are condescending and bad manners. Never returning. Bring your cars elsewhere people!!!!!!!
I had such a bad experience. I serviced my car from this location. During their general inspection, they check marked okay for everything whereas the lights were not working. They didn’t even inform that brake pads needs to be replaced. Choose other location for service.
Been to 2 mechanics who didn't know what was the problem then went to the dealership where I spent $163 to kind the problem and it was never solved. Call to find out if they are going to check my crv again and no one answered nor called. I'm never going to go to this location again and will have to sell my crv because no one can find the problem.
