I needed some balloons last minute for a corporate event that I was hosting. Balloon Celebrations provided me with some great docor ideas and was able to deliver them and set them up on time. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and accommodating.

We used Balloon Celebrations this past Saturday night for our son & future daughter-in-law's engagement party. I met Steve at the venue so that I could provide the sign and the easel but then I had to leave to get ready for the party. He set up the balloon display and then texted me a picture of the final result before he left so that it was to my satisfaction, which it was! It was beautiful as you can see.
Steve saved the day and gave us the most amazing decorations and at the last minute, to make our special occasion amazing and then came and picked up the arch and left Over Ballons. Definitely the company to use.

I wasn't hopeful since I thought of it at the last minute, but they were very helpful on the phone and delivered the balloons quickly and efficiently. The balloon arrangement was awesome and made for a bright birthday in the middle of another Toronto lockdown. My daughter was thrilled with the surprise and the design.
