We loved the balloons we ordered for our daughter’s first birthday! The representative on the phone was so helpful, they listened to my ideas and recommended an adorable sun balloon bouquet with a handmade rainbow and number 1 bouquet. We ordered fairly last minute but they accommodated our order, and delivery was right on time for the party.

Returning customer for a helium tank rental. Extremely poor customer service from owner and one store employee. Julia is a lovely lady who did her best with the situation created by the rest of her team. Many issues up front with duplicate charge on the date of purchase and delay in receiving tank refund . Rude customer service when dealing with refund for tank deposit after several emails left unreplied. Very unfortunate as they seem to do decent work but have no idea how to trouble shoot issues and treat customers with respect when issues arise from their service levels. Will not return again .
Thank you so much T.O Ballooons for creating an amazing birthday memory. T.O Balloons were able to surprise my wife whilst she was travelling in Canada for work. We organised these from the UK and to be set up in her room whilst she was out and it did not disappoint. The cake was delicious and loved by everyone lucky enough to have a piece. She just wished she could have brought the balloon bouquet back to the UK.
