I hired this company for my daughter’s 10th birthday and I was extremely impressed with their work. The decoration was absolutely beautiful even better than what I imagined. They were very professional, arrived on time, and checked in with me beforehand to make sure everything matched my vision. They also asked if I had any inspiration or questions, which I really appreciated. My daughter loved it and all the guests were obsessed with the setup. Back in January, my extremely sick mother was having a very challenging hospital stay. The balloonery staff made an incredible effort to help me to celebrate her birthday. I was totally all over the place, and indecisive on the phone, and Missy, this angel of an employee, listened and helped curate the most perfect surprise birthday balloon delivery. There were bright colours, teddy bears and cupcake balloons, World's #1 mom balloons, and a beautiful pink sparkly ribbon she personally put together to deliver straight to the hospital on her birthday morning. The delivery driver was SOOO nice, and despite the confusion route and twisting hallways, he managed to find her room and met me there to surprise her. She could barely see, but because they made sure to recommend the bright and big ones, she could even read the bubble lettering with some help, and cried at how beautiful it was. You both truly made my mom's year, and her birthday ended up being extra special. She passed away 20 days later so I'm grateful that she got a birthday balloon bouquet to feel cheery in such a dark time. Thanks Missy at the balloonery!!
What an excellent job they did for us! The quality and quantity of the balloons used to make the large garlands was incredible! They lasted so well for our 3 day event! Loved the chrome look and the size mix! The columns and table centrepieces were also great! Highly recommend! Great job!

Great experience. They delivered on short notice, and brought it right up to my condo door instead of just leaving it in the lobby as other places wanted to do. Balloon bouquet brought my wife to tears, it was so beautiful. And very robust – most of them still fully inflated 10 days later! Highly recommended!
