Despite my tight schedule, the crew was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They worked with me to divide the work into two visits, which was a huge relief. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from every department I interacted with. The team was respectful, humorous, and made the entire experience stress-free. Really unhappy with their service. I spoked with Umair. He seemed pretty quick to have my informations and than just no follow up i had to text to know and give so much proof. And than was told to call him, called him same day, asked me if i could put more down, he told me he will get back to me with another car than the jeep 2019. Asked him by text to get the range rover 2016 with 10k down and 1400$/month payment no more news all day.Very Inappropriate and unprofessional. I won’t deal with them anymore.
Incompetent finance/credit department. Confuse people's identity and send debts to collection under the wrong name, this place is no help at all. Will be calling and filling a police report for fraud since auto one has not solved this issue and it's been over a week now.
