I came in without an appointment, fully expecting to be turned away because they were clearly busy — but John went out of his way to fit me in for a much-needed oil change. Not only did he get the job done, but he actually finished earlier than I expected, which was incredibly considerate and appreciated. My oil changes tend to be on the pricier side due to my car make, but the price here was totally fair and transparent. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this accommodating, efficient, and honest. I purchased a car from Keele auto centre 7 years ago, running great and cost very little in maintenance. Ive used their services for maintenance since then, and it’s always been very fairly priced with great and friendly service.
After a long search, I bought a 2009 RAV4 from John that he’d rescued and revived himself. (Cautious previous owner with a tendency to fender benders.) This was during the pandemic, but I thought I’d hold off on my review until I could give some real perspective on the experience. Three years later(!), John is my guy. The car has been great – not without the occasional problem, but what do you expect from a car that old? He’s always ready to accommodate on short notice at reasonable prices and find deals for whatever I need. The car is reliable over rough northern roads and deep northern snow and holds anything I need to carry. Highly recommended.
Would 10/10 recommend this auto shop. I bought a car from them June 2023. The buy was super easy and not overpriced either. I’ve gone back there a couple times to get my car fixed and they’ve never scammed me like most places would. Their customer service is great and overall just a very friendly place to go to. Highly recommend if you’re looking to buy a car or are looking for an auto place. Thank you keele auto!
