Qachela was the one who assisted me when I walked in he was amazing and really payed attention to all of my questions and gave amazing responses. Thank you so much for your patience!

I purchased a 2019 chevy equinox. The transition and paperwork was easy and he brought the car to us which I appreciated. ?However I dont think he was honest about the air conditioner working properly. It blows hot air half of the time and the other half is cool air at most. It is on the frustrating side because of the heat and now will be an extra cost to be fixed. I should have gotten a bit more off the car. Other than that service was good.

I called in and made a fair cash offer to downtown auto group Toyota. A couple days went by and then another salesperson reached out to me. I thought we had a deal and was excited. They didn’t even know what car I was interested in or that I made an offer or anything. They then weren’t willing to negotiate price at all and totally waisted my time on the phone and then hours of text messaging a couple days later. I would only expect this from a small private dealership not a large multi dealership company that’s been open over 30 years. Head management needs to know about this. What a waist of my time. If a high ranking manager reaches out to me I am still interested in the car but I can’t deal with low end poor quality communication workers that don’t know how to negotiate.

**Summary of Complaint to Downtown Auto Group** Robert VXXXXXXXXXe expresses deep dissatisfaction with the handling of a transmission issue in his 2022 Ford Transit 350 High Roof. After diagnosing a transmission valve body problem in August, he was told by Sacha at Downtown Ford that sourcing the necessary part would be difficult but safe to drive the van. This led to a transmission failure during Labor Day Weekend. Despite finding the part himself, delays in repair and poor communication followed. Promised completion dates were missed, and after several rental vehicles, the van was returned without proper testing, leading to another transmission failure while in use. Robert highlights a lack of thorough road testing and concerns over safety standards, supported by documentation from another dealership, Polito Ford. The ongoing issues have affected his business, which relies on the van, and he emphasizes the need for a prompt resolution and accountability from the Downtown Auto Group. He mentions that the mechanics' failure to properly repair the vehicle has jeopardized safety and his business's reputation. Robert plans to follow up with a phone call to discuss this issue further.

DAG and it's employees share space with residents in the attached buildings. After many conversations asking them to provide their employees with a smoking area DAG has continued to fail. Their employees continue to smoke in the courtyard and leave their cigarette butts on the grounds and in the gardens. Residents of the area are left to clean it up for events in the community. Families use this space which has become the break area for disgruntled employees who litter and show no respect for the community. Management have failed to answer calls or emails about this.

Distillery resident here , who was just woken up (8:30am) by a prolonged period of incessant honking because employees of downtown auto group were ‘looking’ for their cars in the large lot that is located right next to our building by making them honk non stop. Zero consideration for the fact that you are in a residential neighborhood where some people may be sleeping because they work nights. And it’s still going on as I’m typing.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Nissan Downtown, and my experience was excellent. Nimesh, the salesperson, was instrumental in helping me find the right car and securing a great deal. The entire process, from start to delivery, was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Nimesh and Nissan Downtown.
