company sold me a one time package deal for 4 cleanings and continued to charge my card without authorization. Called to get a refund since I had never agreed to anything outside of the one time package and the ceo said the person who sold me that package does not work there anymore and it wasn't their problem. First time getting my car detailed, and they did a great job. Looks like new on the inside, and they even got rid of a lipstick smear that i thought would be impossible. Would recommend for sure.

The crew at AlphaShine always takes care of me and my car. Every time I come to collect my car it looks like it did the first day I bought it, which is a miracle considering my dog get its hair into every inch of it. I usually get a simple interior detailing and come back to the outside clean as well. Im always asked before I leave if the job was done to my satisfaction so you can tell these guys really care about what they do. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
