Requested quote on website and got no response. Called and was told he'd call me back. Called again and was told to text with info and got ghosted again. Business must be booming to keep ignoring people.
The owner is dishonest. I bought the service (full front ppf + ceramic coating). He did not mention that he does not have the pattern for my car’s headlights and mirrors at the beginning. After he installed, I had waited over 1 month and paid full money when I picked the car. He was said -200$ for late installation. Later, No update until I asked him. No follow up and no compensation over 1 months (he promised to get it done in 2 weeks). When I asked him again, he said need to pay $200 first for that pattern but not sure when it is ready. To owner: if you cannot install ppf as a full service, please do not promise customers that you can do it. If I am the customer wants to do body message, can I help the customer to do foots only and ask them come back later (no update)? This is the experience from myself. Think twice before using this company service.
Call at 10 mins before close time, they just do not want to answer my question even I just want price info cannot find online. Attitude sooo bad, even cut my line! Bye, what a bad service car detailing store. What a ridiculous reply from the owner. They quickly told me a little bit for going website and cut my line and reply as they already show me. Can you imagine a 30s big price range telling is useful for you. Is even the same as I do not have to call them, for that 300 dollars big price range I can guess by myself lol. Bad service, bad attitude, and they feel they are doing right thing. Can you imagine want to do your precious car with these bad company?
The team did a fantastic job on my Maserati.They were very professional, reasonable and honest. I will go back to them constantly. Very happy with their excellent work.If I could give then 5 stars I would.Definitely recommend.
