Incredible car wash. The washes are consistent, affordable, and the service is great. I would highly recommend. The wax, tire shine, clear coat protectant, and undercarriage wash are definitely worth it. Thanks Alvin for being so welcoming and helpful everytime I show up. Couldn't ask for better service - along with the rest of the staff.
We have visited this car wash two days in a row, and the high-pressure water at the beginning of the wash is not working. Today I asked, and they said it will only be fixed next week. My concern is that we are paying for a full service, but we are not receiving the full service. When I mentioned this at reception, the response was, “there’s plenty of water there,” which is not an appropriate way to handle the situation. As customers, we expect the equipment to work properly—or at least to be informed in advance if something is out of service—instead of only finding out when we complain. Also, the initial high-pressure rinse is not a minor detail: if the car enters with dirt, skipping that step increases the risk of scratches on the paint. We explained this, and the answer was again that “each line has water,” which does not address the problem or show customer-oriented service. This place has potential, but communication, transparency, and service quality need improvement, since the current experience does not match what is advertised as full service
Just came back from a few camping trips (Killbear and Grundy Lake) and decided to take my mini van to this car wash. We opted for "The Works" option. It did the sides pretty well, but left a lot of dirt and spots on my sunroof and a lot of the dead bugs are still on my front end. With all the water jets and rags brushing the van I would have expected the car to be spotless when exiting. At least it didn't scratch up the van like I've heard happen at the place down the street at the gas station. I'm going to have to take it to another place where I can do it myself.
1st time going here this morning. Good car wash and very good strong vacumm. The only reason why i rated 3 star is because there was so much water on my car. The dryer doesn't dry properly.
Got the deluxe wash, wheels and the back of the car weren't that clean, a little disappointed. Not so sure I got the coating that was included with the deluxe or the under carriage spray. As usual vehicle doesn't come out dry enough, I think these car washes get you out of there too quickly.
Reasonable price but as others have mentioned the back of my small SUV wasn't clean. I would return for the convenience and that the vacuums are in a logical position in the flow compared to other car washes
Meh.....I paid for the $20.00 package but am not sure this is what was done as I went through the wash awfully fast and the car still had dirt here and there. The free vaccum cleaners seem like great perk but they are very weak and the surroundings grounds filthy.
