Phenomenal services, super nice staff who always take care of you and do an amazing job, especially considering how inexpensive it is! Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
When I was between vehicles and needed a rental cleaned the day I had to return it, Nahwi Car Care was there for me. It was no easy job as I had several dogs in the vehicle throughout my rental period, but the Nahwi team still left my interior spotless inside of 2 hours. Very reliable and I will be going again. I highly recommend.
Great service. Staff were nice and professional. My car was spotless and they even went beyond and did extra and cleaned my seats which was not part of the package I paid for.
I had an appointment that I booked online more than 24 hours prior for a 3pm car wash. When I arrived no one was there. I went to the parking office and they said they didn't know where the guy was but he should be there from 10am-6pm. I called and texted the number for the business without an answer. The parking office confirmed it was the right number. I left at 3:15pm as no one was there. I would not come here again.
I dropped off my 4-year old car after leaving it way too long without cleaning it. They made it look like new - I can’t believe how completely they vacuumed and shampooed the floor and mats, and my leather seats were good as new. It only did they do all that, but they cleaned the rubber mats I’d left in the hatch as well. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
The car was cleaned very thoroughly, I appreciate that they got all the dead leaves out of the upholstery in the back. That wasn’t an easy thing to clean. Unfortunately, the low score is because they left a long vertical scratch along my drivers side window on the inside, like they left something against it while bringing the window up or something. I didn’t notice that until I was on the way home. Kind of disappointed by that, especially for service 4.
I went to Nahwi last year and I was satisfied. Sadly this time around they did a really terrible job. Maybe it was just a bad day? They did mention they were slammed with cars and overbooked… but that’s no excuse for doing a sloppy subpar job (especially one that costs $95!). As you can see in the photos, there is dust on the dash, the gauge cluster lens is streaked and smudged (way dirtier than before I brought the car in), and the floor mats and floors are filthy (I paid for a vacuum not a shampoo, but there is plenty of dirt that a thorough vacuuming would have picked up). They also wash the floor mats, but there is tons of dirt still on them that I can easily wipe away with my finger (not permanent stains).
