I was part of a team organizing a company anniversary and we chose Moso Catering for our event, and we had an amazing experience with Moso, to say the least. Their head chef Guilleremo, truly went above and beyond—he jumped in last minute when another caterer fell through and handled everything with such care and professionalism. He worked within our budget, helped organize all the details (even ones we hadn’t thought of), and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. His communication was fast, clear, and reliable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The entire serving team was warm, attentive, and so professional. The guests -and my team alike- are so incredibly amazed by the service provided! You, and your team truly brought our event to life. Highly, highly recommend!
I used Moso Catering and Event for a dinner party at home and couldn’t be happier with the experience! His attention to detail, delicious food, and exceptional service made our event truly unforgettable. The food and the service were exceptional and Guillermo was friendly and profesional. He set up efficiently and ensured everything ran smoothly through the evening. The menu options were diverse and the presentation was impressive! He made a delicious paella, individual portions of causa, beef empañadas, and mushroom empanadas. I highly recommend him! 5/5 Stars!!
A wonderful experience gathering online to dine together during Covid times! The food was packaged and delivery was prompt. Each item was clearly labelled. The menu card/instructions were beautifully presented with easy to follow instructions. I cannot say enough about the delicious melt in your mouth short ribs with the creamy saffron infused quinoa risotto. Great portion sizes. The grand finale, the passionfruit mousse, was a blissful delight. The selected red wine by Guillermo, was a perfect accompaniment with the meal. Highly recommend! Cheers.
Guillermo was fabulous and flexible to work with while planning my husband's birthday party. Chef Chris was incredible and worked tirelessly all night to create delicious dishes which all our guests were raving about!
