VINCI Catering and Event Planning are simply exceptional in every manner possible! Michael was so accommodating, helpful, informative and professional in every respect. He listened to what I needed/budgeted and came through exceptionally well. We planned our Baby Gender Reveal in March 2025 for Guest list of 25ppl and everyone was just so amazed at how delicious everything tasted and looked. Michael was truly so vested and curated the perfect menu- with my added input and choices as well. He listened and appreciated my feedback and assisted me in making the perfect menu for my family and friends. The visual presentation was also just divine as Michael was front and centre on our Sunday afternoon and assisted with that also. He wanted to make certain everything was just perfect for our BIG REVEAL and oversaw the setup with one of his employees- Patrick- who was just as professional and helpful as Michael was. Michael took the time on his D/O to ensure that set up went smoothly and provide me with any added cooking/serving instructions required for event. Michael even asked/provided cutlery and side plates which added a touch of class to the event-instead of us using simple paper plates/plastic forks. He didn’t have to offer that for us but did so- as I didn’t ask. Everything was just so AMAZING in all honesty. Our guests were all so duly impressed. VINCI catering has been in business for over 30+ years and I can definitely understand why. They care about the client and providing the BEST curated event possible. Michael did that and more for us and we are so happy we reached out to him and will do so in the future for any other events as well. I highly recommend VINCI catering for all your planned events/special occasions. They will not disappoint in the least and will go above and beyond your expectations. Michael and team catered my October 2024 wedding. The food was a highlight. Not only was Michael able to accommodate my idea for a fully custom menu- each dish was executed perfectly, and beautifully plated. I cannot stop receiving compliments about how delicious the food was from my guests. Vinci catering went above and beyond to go get more ice when I did not order enough and ran out. The team was so quick and thoughtful, I did not even notice until a few days later upon speaking to Michael and team. They kept my guests incredibly happy! I will absolutely be using Vinci catering again for future events, and will be recommending them to friends and family!
I was referred to Vinci catering through a colleague that used their services for our corporate holiday breakfast. The food and service was amazing so they were the first ones I thought of for the dinner I was hosting for my parents' 50 wedding anniversary dinner. Michael delivered incredible customer service and was prompt to respond to any questions I had. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. It was a hit with my family! I will definitely be using Vinci for future events and would highly recommend them to others!
I never write reviews but I have to let everyone know what a wonderful company this is. I just had a birthday party and Vinci provided excellent service and delicious abundant food for my 40 guests. Thanks to Michael, Katie, MoMo and Nicholas for making my birthday a roaring success. Everyone attending commented on the fabulous service and amazing food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for events large or small.
Had an event catered from Vinci recently. Michael was amazing and so was his food. He worked with me to put together a great menu, it was delivered on time and was really good quality. I will use them again in the future!
We have dealing with Vinci Catering for years for all festive occasions this Xmas Eve 2023 we had the dinner catered and they are incredible best food ever will keep your guests in “ah” if your going to order and have catering needs only us Vinci Catering.
