“I always see a tall girl at the front desk who always declines to accept the survey slip every time. She always says, 'We are not accepting small receipts.' If you don't want to give them, why did you offer this? She always talks so rudely and doesn't know how to talk to customers. Whenever I visit, there's always a men behind her, she always keeps chatting and ignores customers even not fresh food. This is not good service. Please change her or guide her on how to speak to customers."
Yesterday i went to popeyes i had a chicken sandwich. Chicken was fresh and Whenever i go there they are always busy and only one girl work there she is so friendly . Highly recommended this place
Poor customer service there is a girl who is always on front she is indian tall girl she has no sense of speech at all. If you say anything to her, she gives a very wrong answer, she stays in such a attitude this is not customer service and we dont go here for free. So please make sure you training your staff well and teach them how to talk with an customer and if you have that much attitude so go and find a job somewhere else do not stand here and dont spoil the mood of others.
I stopped at Popeyes for lunch and it was honestly amazing! The chicken was super crispy on the outside and tender inside. Everything came out hot and fresh, just the way I like it. The staff were kind, quick, and made the whole experience easy. Definitely one of my favorite spots for great chicken!
There is an Indian girl who is very rude and doesn't have any sense of how to speak. Her customer service is poor, and I've had the same problem with her three times now. She is always showing her ego. When I asked her name, she said, 'I don't have a name.' She made an incorrect statement." Very poor service please give training to them first.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. I called to report that my order was missing 8 fountain drinks, and instead of resolving the issue politely, the staff member who answered was extremely rude and offensive. This is unacceptable customer service — customers should never be treated this way when they’re simply raising a valid concern. If this is how they handle mistakes in orders, it really shows a lack of respect for customers. I would not recommend going to this location until they learn how to treat people properly and take responsibility for their service.
Popeyes is really good! The chicken is always crispy and tasty, and the biscuits are soft and yummy. The service is friendly and fast, and the place is clean. #jasspreet
