December 18 at 1:40am , I went to grab my pickup order, and ring the doorbell bell 3 time waiting for someone to come , went to the side door no one was there. So I went back to the front door rang the doorbell again, then I was meet with one of the rudest people I have ever meet, he walked up to the door with headphones in his ears and instead of an apology or any type of customer service, he starts to point at the doorbell and say next time try ringing the bell, which sparked an exchange of heated words. Then I told him to grab my order so I can leave. I wouldn’t recommend anybody coming here late night if you if you want good customer service, may try in the afternoon when decent people are working
I’m an Uber delivery driver and had a very unpleasant experience at this Wings Up location due to the front counter employee’s behavior. I came in to pick up an order and was asked to sign and accept the order before it was actually handed to me. As delivery drivers, we are required to only accept an order after we physically receive it and confirm the correct name. When I calmly explained this, the employee became disrespectful, raised her voice, and refused to hand over the food, essentially holding the order until I accepted it in the app. Another Uber driver was present and also explained the same policy, but the employee continued to argue instead of listening. Picking up food orders should be quick and professional, not stressful. There was no reason for the raised voice or disrespectful attitude. Customer service like this reflects poorly on an otherwise professional business, and I hope management addresses this situation. This incident occurred on December 18, after 6:00 p.m

Love this place, wings up is always the best. Highly recommend the lemon pepper bites. Great service and cute patio to sit inside and outside(but go only warm days).
I had an excellent experience thanks to the wonderful service provided by Diljeet Singh. He greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude, which instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed. His attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out, as he made sure everything was perfect throughout my time there. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was outstanding as well, creating the perfect balance of comfort and charm.
The waitress was very mean and unprofessional. She was disrespectful to my husband. She lied to us that the chicken was halal, but I don’t think it was. The price is high given the average quality of food. Not a good experience overall.
Recently visited this location and it did not disappoint. Great flavours to choose from. The classic chicken sandwich with Texas tequila sauce was by far our favourite. The fries are seasoned well and so flavourful. Definitely worth checking them out!
