Perfect hospitality, they are very respectful with everyone! And fast service as well, just wait for 5 min and got fresh tenders with fresh mashed potato.
Ordered online and my blackened cauliflower was replaced with onion rings. Did not ask me if I wanted onion rings nor was I given any options. I was not given a partial refund either. I already don’t like onion rings but regrettable ate them. Then I bit into one onion ring and was met with a mouth of raw dough!!!
Tampering of food lead to food poisoning. Extremely secretive and mischievous. All the whispering and shifting around. Talking in their own language. Rather than serving chicken from a standard batch, the staff cook separate pieces and suspiciously reserve them for me. One of them in the kitchen looks and laughs at me, as they all communicate in their own language.
Even in the busy time the team are managing to serve fast to the customers, Appreciate your efforts guys ! Never disappointed with the service ! I ordered chicken and got the fresh and well cooked within 15 minutes !
I ordered a combo sandwich from Pompey’s at Sheppard Centre Food Court today, and within 15 minutes I had severe stomach pain and diarrhea. Something was clearly wrong with that sandwich. I would not recommend eating here.
For a 'fast-food' location, food is almost always never ready. They ask you every time if you are willing to wait upwards of 10 minutes or more for your order which is not optimal if you're just on your lunch break. That being said, somehow their fries always end up being stale. UPDATE: went back here yesterday after more than half a year of not ordering from this location. Lady at the register asked if I was okay to wait 5-6 minutes for boneless wings even though there were some ready in the holding tray. I asked her about it she said it was not good enough to serve anymore even when the light indicator says it should still be okay to do so. What gives? Definitely such a shady response. Next time they say something like that, I will have to ask them to throw out what is in the holding tray if it is not fit to be served anymore. For anyone reading the reviews, I would just avoid this place entirely. Definitely not worth the hassle. There are better places in the food court.
