Good clean facility, im giving it a one start because of the security guard at the entrance (bald chubby guy with glasses). Just absolutely rude for no reason. Unhelpful and giving "doing the bare minimum a whole new meaning). You could replace this man with a cut out of a security guard and experience will immediately improve. Change that and you have a winning facility here for shared office space.
The staff at the 250 University IQ offices are very friendly and take great care of the space. They are responsive and attentive to our concerns, which is greatly appreciated. The physical space itself is excellent. The facilities at 250 University include three spacious boardrooms, as well as a basement vault that can be used for social events and activities.
Listen to this, after being a client for more than 5 years, they're throwing out my mail because I didn't collect in in 30 days. Absolutely a outrageous, like 5 letters in a box which I pay for, monthly and have the audacity to send a long winded email says blah blah in agreement from 5 years ago blah. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Awesome co-working space with offices for various sized small businesses. There is a reception desk that will greet your clients/guests. The facilities are always cleaned and well stocked.
Great location, atmosphere, clean, and modern facilities. The Vault is one cool space where there's enough room for work and play (there's mini a golf area and happy hour). Staff are always friendly and helpful. iQ Office Suites has all the basics and then some more in the shared office space environment.
If you are looking for a unique funky event space to host a party or product launch, The Vault is the perfect place. The space is a great size you can use it as it comes or dress it to your requirements. Holding over 200 people the space felt very comfortable for our event. The mystery of walking down to this room and entering an old bank vault just adds to its uniqueness. The staff went all out to accommodate our needs and were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and easy accessible by public transit. We will definitively be booking the Vault in the future
