Great location; very friendly staff (they feel more like colleagues), clean and bright offices and a well maintained kitchen. I have enjoyed the convenience of the location and its direct access to the PATH. The great views of the city and the brightness of the space helps uplift your mood, especially in the dark winter months. Walk outside and you are immediately in the heart of Downtown Toronto surrounded by everything and anything you need. We need more TPC locations!
Establishing my Toronto Office at The Professional Centre was one of the wisest decisions I have made in business. Facilities are first-rate and the location is ideal, but it is The Team which makes the real difference. Often the first point of contact for clients, they are professional, keen to assist and always deliver efficient services in a friendly and helpful manner. I have worked here for six months and enjoyed every minute of it. It is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. I had access to office equipment conveniently located nearby as well as snacks and delicious teas and coffee. If I ever needed anything, the ladies at the reception were quick to help. They were always courteous and respectful. They are one step ahead in terms of suggesting resolutions to anticipated problems which is very helpful in terms of avoiding problems altogether!
I could not have asked for better customer service. The staff are so responsive whether with calls or when needed at the space. They are so helpful and accommodating. This is a great modern workplace for any professional. The tenants and staff are collegial and bring a positive energy to the office. The team is COVID-conscious with cleaning, extra shields for meeting rooms, masking and vaccine policies. I really felt safe here. Highly recommended for a virtual tenancy: all the prestige of the Financial District at an affordable price. Highly recommended for a private office: with nice views and a lot of amenities. Go see it for yourself, you won't be disappointed. :)
We had 2 offices in TPC 120 Adelaide location. The office space was beautiful and included access to really great amenities you won't find at most other office spaces. The management team goes above and beyond day in and day out to ensure high-level of cleanliness, and even go as far as providing coffee, snacks and other treats to those working there. Would recommend to anyone looking for an office downtown.
