Absolutely unacceptable experience. The grooming job on both of my dogs was sloppy and clearly rushed, yet I was overcharged as if I received premium service. To make matters worse, they added a “handling fee” after the fact, with no proper explanation or warning beforehand. You don’t get to do a poor job and then tack on extra charges to justify it. If my dog supposedly required special handling, that should have been discussed before the appointment—not used as an excuse to inflate the bill. This place lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for customers. Save your money and take your pet somewhere that actually delivers what they charge for.
We have been using Nooshy/ Dogtopia as our main daycare for a long time. Our dog has a great time playing with her friends and the daycare attendants :)
The staff and owner are awesome! They all know Merlin by name and they are all very caring and loving. I never think twice about leaving him and apparently, he doesn't miss me when I drop him off.....a great sign of a happy doggie! Thanks everyone. The photo is after a day at Dogtopia. My boy is pooped.
Worst daycare dog experience for myself and my dog. My dog came home after being there for 3 days with bloody paws and no voice left. My dog is now traumatized by any daycare. Wish I never did that and wish this place was closed down. Some places do not deserve to take care of animals.
Do not take your dog to this place. They do not take care of the dogs. Our dog is able to go on group dog walks, group plays, and to boarding where he plays and roams with other dogs 24/7 with no issue. When he goes there he is involved in fights and scuffles and sent to another room on his own. I do not recommend.
Amazing facility. The staff at Dogtopia are so friendly and knowledgeable. Benji went in for his first groom and looks amazing. Everyone is so caring and seem genuinely happy to be there which really comforts dog parents like us.
My partner and I absolutely LOVE the staff and other dogs we have met at Dogtopia. Our puppy is excited to go every morning and exhausted when we pick him up. The webcams are awesome and it is so lovely to be able to check in on our little guy throughout the day. The staff are kind and patient and take the time to keep all the dogs safe and happy. We could not ask for better care when we are not around.
