We sent our rambunctious labrador pup for about a year and he always came back happy and tired! They follow a safety led approach and share report cards, along with the stories on insta since they dont have cameras inside.
Wonderful location with great staff who really love their job and looking after our pets. The owner is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Would recommend bringing your dog here if you're living in the neighborhood.

I’ve been a loyal client of Pack of Paws for years and have spent thousands of dollars bringing my dog here. Sadly, the experience has changed—and not for the better. Their booking system has always been clunky, but in the past, I was told it was fine to come without a reservation. Now they’ve suddenly decided same-day appointments are no longer acceptable, and instead of acknowledging the shift, they’ve framed it as if customers are the problem for not adapting fast enough. When I voiced concerns, the response I got felt like it was written by AI—polished, generic, and ultimately dismissive. Long-time customers being brushed off as acceptable losses is not a great look for a service that markets itself as community-based and customer-focused. At the end of the day, this is supposed to be a convenience service. If it becomes more work than help, what’s the point? I’ve moved on. Hopefully they’ll take a hard look at how they treat the people who kept them in business.
