We are long-term customers of this fantastic coffee shop with delicious coffee and lovely pastries, including a few that are gluten-free! The barista is a delight and always makes us feel like old friends! Grateful to have such a lovely refuge in the busy city!
I stopped in to get a coffee today and my card wouldn’t work which was completely my own fault, the lovely barista told me to take the coffee anyway and I had been having such a rough day up until this point that her kindness made me burst into tears which was pretty tragic? great coffee and great staff, there was also a cute dog in there and the whole experience really turned my day around! If someone sees this please buy a stranger a coffee today or tip your barista extra well
We really want to love this place but the lady who serves coffee during the week in the mornings is extremely cold, we feel so unwelcome. It feels like we are a nuisance. We’ve been coming here a few times a week every week but won’t be going back anymore. Two other people have made the same comment so this is not an isolated case.
met a friend for coffee here a little while ago and have come back every week since! the barista, Anisa, is so lovely, she treats each and every customer like a friend plus the coffee and house-made chai is delish ❤️❤️❤️
Was curious about Macadamia milk substituted latte and it was amazing! I also liked that the latte is at the appropriate temperature rather than burning hot in some other stores. Came back to try coconut milk version and I definitely liked the Macadamia more! Barista is very welcoming.
There are a few key things that set Haute Coffee apart. The first (and most important) is the wonderful and caring service of the team at Haute Coffee. I am consistently greeted with a smile, and a genuine welcome into the space. The second (also important) is the absolutely delicious coffee and food items that are offered. I've had alot of coffee from alot of different places and there is something magical in these beans! Finally the team at Haute goes above and beyond with small but meaningful touches that truly personalize each experience. Highly recommended!!! Thank you and keep up the amazing work. =)
Haute Coffee is hands down, the best coffee shop in Toronto. That is a statement I do not throw around. I’d consider myself to be a bit of a coffee fanatic. I’ve tried a bunch of places across the city and very few coffee shops seem to get it right. But Haute Coffee does, every time. The coffee tastes incredible, the service is impeccable (Pam, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcomes you with a smile every time you step through the door) and I have been most impressed with how the shop has handled all the changes and challenges COVID-19 has brought to the food and beverage service industry. While Haute is fully open, I have used the Ritual app every time I go to Haute (which is every single morning) and my coffee is ready, waiting for me on the counter, just the way I like it and prepared perfectly. Going to Haute is truly an amazing experience and as someone who is a big coffee drinker, I value both the coffee’s taste and experience that comes with each cup. If you have not been to Haute, put on your sneakers or get in your car and go.... now. It’s worth it, take my word for it or try it for yourself.
