Ordered a $11 overpriced matcha yesterday to only find out that they use cheap & low quality water down Costco Soy milk for my drink. The end product taste just like water, and they charged way more than all the cafes out there lol
Place looks good, food also, but the service not so good at least for small take out, not welcoming at all it seemed as she wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible, understandable if it was full but it was almost empty. On top they ask for tip, wich they did not deserve.
Excellent iced latte and great service! Stopped by Pigeon Café at the 181 Bay Street food court and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered an iced latte, and Kevin, the barista, made it perfectly — smooth, well-balanced, and super refreshing. You can really tell they use quality espresso and fresh milk. Kevin was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even better. The café has a sleek, modern vibe and is a great hidden gem in the PATH if you’re looking for a solid coffee break downtown. Will definitely be coming back for more! Perfect for a quick coffee run in the financial district
This place does not seem to be able to staff this location properly and the staff they have do not understand how to take and process coffee orders efficiently- the result is not worth the time you will waste here.
Best matcha I have ever tried and their Kokosh tastes so good. Gizel, Kevin and Tylor, very friendly people and provided me with one of the best service I have ever experienced . I had a good time there. Will go back there for sure.
Service just isn't there. Staff is polite but awfully slow. Looks understaffed for a PATH location that serves busy professionals grabbing a quick morning coffee.
Coffee is below standard, and there's really no point going here when "The Brick Room" is just around the corner and way better. In addition, I got their mortadella sandwich and it gave me horrible food poisoning. It seems like this is par for the course with Pigeon and the people who run it however, since the King location isn't much different. What a shame.
