Massive selection can be a little overwhelming at first, but the staff are helpful and happy to direct you when you ask. Last 3 times I went in looking for notions and left very very happy! The prices were fantastic and I found vintage military buttons I hadn't seen anywhere in about 40 years. Will definitely be returning to shop again.
The fabric price is really good. Jason was very nice and willing to give any help. Really appreaciated. The only disappointing thing was that the owner charged me extra for the stuffing. She didn't have a scale for measuring the actual weight of it but weighted it by hand and was pretty sure that it was 3 lb. But when I weighted it at home using a hanging scale, it is actuall 1.6lb. May be that is the retail price.
Service was very unfriendly and rude. They don't know where things are and they expect me to find things myself when I ask for help. Theyre selections are wide, but not the greatest. And they are unorganized.
Too much selection going on in here. Lady ripped the material with her hands . I brought it home and everything was uneven. Not impressed at all. She did not measure or use scissors . Material was not ripped evenly. I have never seen anyone sell fabric in that manner. Waste of my money
Gave these dudes one star, but honestly, they deserve negative vibes. Seriously kicking myself for picking their lame service. Passed them my fabric, showed pics of what I wanted, but what I got back after waiting forever was straight-up garbage. Their genius solution? Shell out more cash for extra fabric. Did a crazy 30-mile round trip, blew an extra $45, and still got a messed-up result, not once but twice. Slapped me with a whopping $610 bill for a shoddy sewing job. Trying to talk to them? Total joke; emailed pics got straight-up ignored. Avoid this place like the plague – even just walking by might hit you with a fee for their trashy work.
After spending close to $200 and over 200 hours on a quilt, I can see that the flannel fabric they CLAIMED to be 100% cotton is not. After a couple washes, it is pilling pretty badly, which means it must be a polyester blend. I did not spend that much time on something that is going to pill up. I made very sure to buy only 100% cotton, but little did I know they were not being honest about that. I will never buy from here again.
I would describe this place as a Costco for fabric oh my goodness there is literally every kind of material you'd need there! I initially asked the lady how much it would be for them to re-upholster (which was a little out of my budget) so then I asked if she thought I could do it myself instead, and she replied 'absolutely' followed by a detailed explanation of how. She then gave me options of how I could proceed, found me the materials I'd need, and sent me on my merry way. Her kindness and faith in me alone was worth the 5 stars. I bought stuffing and fabric enough for 4 dining chairs (see before/after below), and I'm thrilled with how they turned out. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!! Thank you for your faith in my first diy!
