I just came back home from the best experience at any Burger King I've ever went to. This one was by far the best, and I recommend eating at this place, even if my review sounds too good to be true. As soon as I walked in, I was mesmerized with the cleanliness of the restaurant, usually I'd see straw wrappers on the ground, that type of stuff, but it was so clean. I walked over to the cashier and was greeted by this beautiful young lady, she had the best blue eyes I've seen on someone, heck even I was jealous! And she had the biggest smile like she was waiting for me and my kids to come in. I ordered for me and my kids and we received the order in less than 5 minutes! The young lady gave us extra napkins and a few straws, I didn't even need to ask for the marinara sauces, it's like she read my mind with it! I thank her a lot. I don't even need to begin with the food, it was genuinely the best I've ever had from a Burger King. Even my kids think it was really good, they were BEGGING me to get them seconds! In my opinion, the food looked like the commercials you'd see on YouTube or on a billboard, it was so good. Everything tasted fresh and pure. Overall, me and my kids had a GREAT time in so long, I recently got divorced with my husband of 10 years. This is the first time in six months I've felt this good. I will definitely come back here, and I really hope that same young lady is there to provide the service I've received today.
Food is ok. It was kinda weird being asked if I wanted a paper crown as it's for kids. Server said they had to ask everyone. It's strange you make employees ask that to customers.
Great food and staff. Had lunch today. Was very busy. Staff took good care of everyone. Mix up with our order (my fault). They were very accommodating. Thanks everyone.
I wish I could give this place more than a 3 but the quality of food at this establishment is probably the lowest of any fast food place in Canada. Actually worse than Taco Bell/KFC. At least the staff are nice and respectful. Do not buy chicken here unless you like cardboard.
My first order was missing an entire meal when using a delivery app. Maybe they should have double checked why such a small bag was being sent out... I ordered again and this time, no drink exactly as last time. Maybe remove drinks from your menu if you can't handle preparing them. Edit. Mistakenly ordered from this place again. Food was good, but they ran out of syrup in my fountain drink, and it tasted like carbonated water. I was very disappointed.
The restaurant is new and not very busy. it's worth to take the walk and dine in in a very bright restaurant.Things run ok but the services I find them extremely slow as cashier doing three jobs at a time. there is a drive through. This is a great family restaurant.
Good food and service. Highly recommend this new location. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back! We love the self-serve pop selection. This is our favourite location, even though it's not the closest to our home.
