Ordered the veggie avocado. Presentation was great. The veg hotdog itself it tasty, but it's a little bland overall even with the avocado and dressing. The bun is so nicely toasted wish they added more sauce or flavorings. There is soy sauce added to this but it soaked into the bun making it spotty in flavor.

no line in the shop still need to wait for 20 mins for a cool and burnt food, wagyu beef hot dog do not have beef and need to ask them to add back, staff are not friendly to help, canada dry is still, really bad

Tried this place during the $5 hotdog anniversary promotion, and it was pretty decent! Service was good—nothing outstanding, but solid overall. We did have to wait a bit for our orders, though that’s understandable since they were quite busy at the time. We ordered 4 hotdogs and the sizes of hotdogs are not consistent, not sure if it has to do with what kind you order. I Really enjoyed the BLT Wagyu and Bacon & Cheese Wagyu. However, I didn’t care much for the croquette or the No.4 Love Meat. The croquettes were quite bland and just added a mushy texture that I didn’t like. Overall, I probably wouldn’t pay full price as they are quite expensive for what they are, but I’d definitely come back to try more if they have other promotions in the future.

We ordered two combos, kirobuta terimayo hotdog and teriyaki tartar hotdog. We chose black pepper fries and the aonori fries. The sausage in the kurobuta terimayo is crispy, the seaweed isn’t that necessary. I personally like the tartar one more, although the sausage isn’t that crispy, the tartar sauce is really good. However the shake shake fries weren’t that good, as the aonori one is too salty. The flavour was good though. But as a person who usually doesn’t eat hotdog, this is a good one and its price is acceptable in downtown. I would try the tonkatsu next time I come here.

We finally visited this fast food place — we had noticed it before, and once they handed out flyers where you could get hot dogs for five dollars. I ordered the avocado hot dog and the BLT. I have to say, the hot dogs were really tasty and definitely worth the $5 deal. However, to be honest, I wouldn’t pay more than that for them. The service was nice — the cashier was very polite. They didn’t come to us right away, but it was fine since the place was quite busy at the time. Would I come back? Probably yes, if they have the same discounts, because I don’t think the hot dogs are worth a higher price. Pros: good taste, convenient location, friendly staff, and overall the place was clean. Cons: honestly, the portion size and ingredients don’t always match the original price.

Ordered 1 Kurobuta Terimayo & 1 Karaage HotDog. When I received my order, the Karaage was missing from the hotdog (see picture). I spent $10+tax on a bun and some lettuce Its too bad because the kurobuta was fine :(

Japadog is delicious, I'm glad this location is finally open! The prices will be higher than your average street hot dog but it's worth it. Personally, I like the yakisoba and croquette hot dogs but you can't go wrong with any. Staff are always very friendly and helpful with ordering
