Conflicted. The morning staff, particularly the South Asian female who's name I cannot remember for the life of me, is always super pleasant and is able to recognize my face and order - even when it has been several months since I've visited! It's astonishing. On the flip side, with the most recent visit I've made, I was left dumbfounded - and left without picking up my order. Placed a presumably quick order for an ice cream and fries - nothing fancy; ideally expected to be able to pick up within 10 minutes of ordering. While waiting at the restaurant, noticed there was one female working around 6:33pm; seemed busy with an order and did not think too much about it; as two or three or customers arrived, another female with pink hair, and a male popped up from the back; as I approached the 10 minute mark, I asked if my order might possibly be ready - I was told "You're supposed to tell us when you're here for mobile orders. Otherwise we do not make them." That was the first, and only time I've ever heard this - from ANY restaurant/shop/place of establishment. When asked if it could be expedited since i was in a rush for a train and the fact we were approaching 15 minutes without the order starting, I was met with the most disgruntled comments between the two female staff: "Can you make this now. He's in a rush." By this time, I could not wait any longer, or chance waiting another hour for another train to get home. Left the order behind. Annoyed as that would have been my only "real food" after a 12 hour shift. And more so - conflicted - as the level of service and attitude is night and day. EDIT: Can I at least get a refund? Paid for a product that wasn't received.
Very kind customer service, but I felt sick all night after eating a cheeseburger. I’m not sure where you source your beef from. I order burgers from Shake Shake and I don’t feel sharp stomach pains all night. The fries are decent. I’ll probably only return for a dessert.
Not sure why but everything I order I'm always missing some of my order. Plus always a long wait. Maybe because there new, but it's consistently happening. Plus staff don't seem to know the menu either. Do they not train people beforehand?.
New place and very good atmosphere. People and food is also really great but apparently every time my order is missing one or two things I take out. Need to verify order before leaving counter
The food was good, but the service was not. I ordered a burger and paid for the extra lettuce for takeout, but when I unwrapped the burger there was no lettuce. When the burger was given to me, no staff said they ran out of lettuce or not. I did not get what I paid for.
Went for the first time at this location since it opened, and I would guess it's not specific to the location, but I was shocked of how much the portions were reduced, while the price actually increased. It was like I ordered a junior sandwich or "happy meal". On top of this, the quality was way under what I was used to and not even up to par, so mostly likely I won't be going to BK any time soon as there's much better options in the same price range.
Perfect service... got my order within the acceptable waiting time considering there are lots of customers... Their team was able to release all orders on time... fast service, freshly cooked and still warm i would definitely recommend to everyone ❤️
