If I could if I could give 0 stars I would. Horrid quality of food. They mass batch fry the Fries. They are not freshly made every 20 or so mins. My fries were not not even warm!! Or Fresh!! Waited 10 mins for chicken sandwich which I didn’t mind at all since chicken was fresh and hot albeit the rank lettuce and tomato . Not the cleanest of staff or restaurant Won’t return!
Delivery partner quoted me 13 minutes for delivery, but it took 50 minutes. Actual distance by car: 8 minutes. The food arrived COLD as you'd expect. When I inquired with the delivery partner, I was given canned, bullshit attempts to placate and gaslight me, claiming the order was fine to take up to 55 minutes. That's not even close to what I was shown or promised. Outrageous.

Last time there was still skin on the onion rings. This time I paid an extra dollar for the "deluxe" sandwich and I had to cut my own tomatoes at home to replace the tomato ends they gave me.

The 3 o'clock shift on Sunday she was rude she yelled at me and even though I ordered first she didn't even ask for my understanding and served another customer if you have problems in your life take your stress somewhere else it's a shame
I absolutely love the Popeyes location! The chicken is always crispy and packed with flavor, making it a real treat every time. The staff are super friendly and quick, making each visit a great experience. Definitely a go-to for satisfying fast food!
