Ordered twenty coral pink double tulips online, half are orange. A bit disappointed but willing to give this place another try. 2/5 Update: Peter addressed the problem and sent a full refund. I do hope to visit this shop again in the future. Thank you. 5/5 Update: The flowers lasted for less than a week. 3/5

RUDE customer service- appalling - for such a highly competitive business you’d assume they’d have someone respectful to answer the phone . Do better literally LAUGHED at my daughter on the phone. Should be ashamed

So sorry Skye, we get frustrated with solicitation on the phone, not a customer first off , wanting to set up a “partnership” when you were told to call back Tuesday you weren’t happy - 15 sec call and not the first time. Bad customer service is when you are dealing with a customer- you are not .

5 stars is not enough. Such a wonderful store and wonderful owner. She put together a bouquet on super short notice for me after another store had messed up an order. Her work is truly beautiful and fair prices. I am happy that the other store made a mistake because it helped me to stumble on my new fav florist! Thanks so much.

Wonderful service. I attended the store and needed a bouquet on short notice. The owner took time to ask me what type of arrangement I was looking for and, without a lot of direction from me, put together a beautiful arrangement that I was very happy with. Would happily recommend!

This shop offers some of the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. The staff is kind and very helpful, and they will never sell you anything but the best. I highly recommend Demarco Perpich.
