I guess the business model is to replace every order they receive. When you order a specific product, you want to receive that product and not something else. I do not recommend this place. After some discussion, they informed me that they had just refunded. I did not receive my money back, and the information on their website (tracking order) has not changed.
I have been here a couple times now and the workers are so experienced with their flower knowledge! Very fairly priced and beautiful pieces. Definitely my go-to place for my flower needs.
