I was disappointed with my experience. I paid $101 for an arrangement, and I was told that the only thing that would change was the pot. However, the arrangement I received looked different, and some of the flowers were already wilted. Considering the price, I expected better quality and honesty. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.**
AMAZING FLOWERS The rose colors were beautiful, and I loved the variety of flowers. The bouquet was perfect. However, the person working at the shop wasn't very talkative, and the first question was, "What's your budget?" I think she should be a bit more friendly, but the service was quick and very good.
I walked in and asked specifically for a plant that had low light requirements, as my office does not have natural light. This is my fault for not knowing nyth8nf about plants, but low and behold, ahe sells me a Pothos, which I have since then learned thrives in direct and bright sunlight. I had to take my pothos home to rescue it, and give it the light it needs. It does well, now..
I found the prices to be quite high, and I had to be very specific about the flower selection since some of the options were not fresh and needed to be replaced. The $60 bouquet I purchased was surprisingly small for the price, which was disappointing.
The sheer amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism towards the customers here is ridiculous. Acting like you’re always in the right is absolutely insane. Telling customers lies is even worse. I wouldn’t ever buy from here.
I ordered unharmful flowers for pet consumption and they sent me literally the biggest tulip ever. I ordered a bouquet and they sent me a singular tulip, i felt like I was in grow a garden on roblox or something. My cat took a bite of the harmful flower and has been acting strange since. Also they left a note with a message that just said “ :) “ on it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
