Sylvia was fantastic! She provided gorgeous arrangements as we had requested to honour our father. Absolutely wonderful floral shop! Reasonably priced and the attention to detail was impeccable. Would recommend her and her shop to anyone in the area.
When I went in the lady was abrasive and seemed inconvenienced that I was there. She did not offer any help when I asked about making an arrangement and was honestly just rude the entire interaction. Also she said it was $15 per lily stem which is ridiculously overpriced so I did not end up buying anything. 0/5 don’t recommend, take your buisness elsewhere.

We have used Irene's Flowers twice now, a year apart, for two family funerals.They are wonderful. Both times, I specified very specific colours that I thought the deceaseds would like. I did NOT want these looking like funeral flowers (ie no red and white colours). In one case, I asked for a variety of colours including lots of pinks and purples and the other was to be yellow and white. The flowers were so beautiful each time. As a matter of fact, several church parishioners asked where the flowers were from as they were artistic and beautiful - not your typical funeral flowers. I hope Irene receives more business as I passed her name on. Thank you!!
Update to your comment. 1st of all appolgies about the spelling error in terms of wreaths. Simply put, our interaction was when I placed a phone call to you. When I asked is this Irene the owner, you said yes. You should of stated that you are the new owner and mentioned your name. More importanty, you were not pleasant to deal with and sounded frustrated by my basic questions!
Unfortunately I went into Irene’s recently and was greeted quite poorly, I asked a few questions about flower arrangements and was given very short and pretty rude answers back. I ended up just walking out without any flowers. The flowers however did look beautiful. Wish the experience could’ve been better that day.
Their online ordering system is not great and then they call you back that you miss something and order is on hold until your pay more. their service is horrible ... i would recommend finding somewhere else.
