A little expensive but they have the cutest air plants and succulents! Fully accessible.Edit: Not too happy with the responses from the owner to the low reviews. They claim bullying and lying customers - when is it ever ok to do that?
Spoke with employee in the before 9am, specifically asked if I need to expedite a bouquet of roses I wished to have delivered before 130pm as she leaves for work and we do not live in the toronto area for her birthday. Called back at 230 to find they still hadn't arrived yet and the employees response was and I quote " I did say deliveries take place 12 til 4" However my question was will they arrive before 130 and was assured " I will make sure to note our delivery drivers deliver them first"? I was also told a she would ask the manager. Best overpriced flowers I ever never received! O yes I also found a florist local to me for the same amount of roses I paid half. Was a return customer. Never again. Save your money for people who deliver flowers for special occasions and put some attempt into customer satisfaction. Hopefully some where in toronto someone is enjoying the flowers I paid for but never received and paid over a hundred dollars for.
In my opinion If people do business they should provide the best customer experience possible every day. And listen carefully to what the customer wants and do the best you can to give it to them!!!Unfortunately I did receive only the worst experience!!! My parents ordered flowers online for delivery for my birthday from another country. When my parents placed an order they requested confirmation call to arrange delivery time. So driver showed up without a confirmation call and of course I wasn't home. They tried to reach me at the time of delivery but I couldn't pick up my phone because I was at work. So I called them back in 20 min and they told me "oh sorry, our driver left your neighborhood and he can not come back because it's too far ( I live in Richmond Hill and the driver was in Aurora) we can only deliver your flowers on Monday". (delivery was scheduled on Saturday). I asked them to contact their driver and make him come back and I'll pay extra. And listen to what they told me "OH IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR FLOWERS ON MONDAY YOU CAN CALL YOUR PARENTS ANS ASK THEM TO CANCEL IT!!!!" BOOM!!!Thank you they will!!!!You made me very unhappy on my birthday! As I told you via phone my parents requested confirmation call, because they know I work on Saturdays!!!Instead of taking the time to answer to reviews and characterize people better take the time to do your job. Unpleasant services create unpleasant people!!!
Two for two on deliveries with Martin's. I placed both of my orders before 9AM PST and they always arrived a few hours later without having to place a rush. More importantly, the cards were well printed, and the arrangements were both beautifully done. Well worth the money spent. By all accounts the delivery person was quite pleasant too in both instances. Great work Martin's. You're my go to for Toronto deliveries.
I recently ordered sympathy flowers from out of town for a friend of mine. Tammy was so helpful on the phone helping me with this, it was flawless! Thank you for the fantastic service Tam!!
